The problem we set out to solve.

Plan More Courses was founded in Lisbon in 2020. The idea was simple: most people use Microsoft Office every working day but have never been properly taught how it works.

What they know, they picked up by trial and error over years. They know how to do a few things and avoid everything else. The gap between what they do and what the software can actually do is significant.

Our courses close that gap. Each one is built around practical exercises in real documents, spreadsheets and presentations. You apply what you learn in the lesson itself, not in a toy exercise invented to fill a slide.

Since 2020, more than 2,100 professionals have completed our courses. We work with people in Portugal, Spain, Brazil, and across Europe.

All courses are available in English and European Portuguese. Access is lifetime.
