Plan More Courses is a digital education business registered in Portugal, operating at Calcada do Tojal 19, 1500-592 Lisboa. Data controller contact: hello@planmorecourses.com. We process personal data in compliance with the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and the Portuguese Lei n.o 58/2019.
When you enroll in a course or contact us, we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number, country, and payment confirmation reference (we do not store card data, which is processed by Stripe, Inc.). When you browse our website, we may collect anonymised usage data through cookies you consent to.
We use your data to: activate your course access, send login and receipt emails, respond to support queries, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except Stripe for payment processing and our email provider for transactional messages.
We retain your enrollment data for five years after your last purchase to meet accounting and tax obligations. You may request deletion of personal data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements, by emailing hello@planmorecourses.com.
