All Plan More Courses products are digital and delivered electronically. There is no physical delivery of any kind.
After payment is confirmed by Stripe, we activate your course access within 24 hours. In most cases, access is activated within a few hours. You will receive a login email at the address provided at checkout.
Depending on your plan, you receive access to: video lessons (hosted online, streamable), downloadable practice files (Excel workbooks, Word templates, PowerPoint decks), workbooks in PDF format, and, if selected, coaching session scheduling links. All materials are available through your personal account dashboard.
Course materials are available in English and European Portuguese. You can switch language from your account dashboard at any time.
All plans include lifetime access. Once enrolled, your access does not expire. Course updates are included at no additional cost.
If you have not received your access email within 24 hours of payment, first check your spam folder. If not there, email hello@planmorecourses.com with your order reference and we will resolve it within one business day.
