Our refund policy

We want you to be confident purchasing from us. If the course is not what you expected, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

• You must request it within 14 calendar days of the payment date.
• You must have completed less than 20% of the course material (measured by lessons accessed).
• The request must come from the email address used at enrollment.

How to request

Email hello@planmorecourses.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, order reference or email used at purchase, and the reason for the request. We process all refund requests within 5 business days.

What happens next

If your request is approved, we will refund the amount to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Your access to the course will be revoked upon confirmation of the refund.

Non-refundable items

Add-ons that have been delivered (such as completed coaching sessions or downloaded workbooks) are not eligible for refund. Courses where more than 20% of lessons have been accessed are not eligible.
